Naruto Retooled rule change

ANYTHING NOT NOTED HERE REMAINS THE SAME AS THE OLD GAME

General Rules: 1. Maximum hand size is now 7.

2. Players start the game with 6 cards in hand.

3. Turn flow is the same, except that just before you draw a card, there is a “Chakra Phase”. At the start of this phase, you may charge the top card of your deck by moving it face up to your chakra area. or up to 2 cards from your hand. this is the only time you can charge chackra from deck or by hand other then by hand cost from mission and ninja cards or by jutsu cards after they been played.

4. The player going first skips the Chakra Phase during their first turn.

5. You CANNOT charge cards out of your hand other then hand cost or in the chakra phase.

6. Overwhelming Victories are only gained by winning by 8 or more total team power.

7. only way to get 2 br's is to attack your opponet directly with more then a team power total of ten. opponet can play the cost of jutsu's to lower attacking teams attack power. if the team total becomes 0 your opponet wins no battle rewards

8. teams with a power of 0 no longer win Battle rewards.

9. attacking directly will now be called attacking your village for flavor purpuses and possable uses in the future.

Affinity: 1. “affinty= entrence cost and vice versa 2. At the end of your turn, after all “until the end of turn” effects have been removed, you must choose one of the five elements (earth, fire, lightning, water, or wind). Your affinity for that element increases by 1. 3. In order to play a ninja, your affinity for that ninjas prime element (indicated as being the top right-most elemental symbol on the card) must meet or exceed the indicated affinity amount. deckbuilding: 1. goes back to the same requirment as before, 3 copys of cards 50 card deck ect
